Welcome to Rise and Renew Counseling, where we strive to heal and renew the whole person. At Rise and Renew, counseling approaches are used to form a caring relationship in which you feel comfortable sharing, exploring, and processing your concerns. At Rise and Renew it is my goal to help ease any fears you may have about entering into counseling. Being in a counseling relationship with you is a most sacred honor which is taken very seriously and given every degree of respect. As your counselor, I place a high priority on suspending all forms of judgment so that you feel safe and understood as you navigate your concerns.
Counseling and exploring happens at the pace you choose or are comfortable with. We go where you want to go and explore what you want to explore. The goal is generally to identify existing problems and/or woundedness and help provide ways to cope and/or heal. It is a true privilege to work with people in the counseling process and it can be a very rich and rewarding journey as ways open to a more joyful and peaceful way of living.
